2:30-4:00 pm Check in at McNeal Hall

7:00-9:30 pm Technique
9:30-10:00 pm Free time
11:00 pm Lights Out
(resident hall rooms are to remain unlocked for bed check)
Weekdays, July 24-26
6:30 am Wake Up
7:00-8:00 am Team Time (Lifting facilities available)
8:00-9:00 am Breakfast
10:00-12:00 Technique
12:00-1:00 pm Lunch
2:00-4:30 pm Technique and Scrimmage
5:00-6:00 pm Dinner
7:00-7:30 pm Goal Setting
7:45-9:00 pm Camp Duals
9:00-10:00 pm Free Time: Swimming
(wrestling films will be shown in the TV lounge)
11:00 pm Lights Out
